ILI Campaign Rimu Production Station (Westside Corporation)

The Project Challenge

Planning and preparation to support the mechanical scope of the ILI campaign (In-Line Inspection), on pipelines connecting the Rimu Production Station with various well sites - the longest at 4km. The duration of the campaign was 12 months, in a reasonably high-risk environment.

Our Contribution

Working under tight and pressured timeframes, Dynamech was responsible for removing blinds and flanges at production ends of the pipelines installing the temporary pig launchers and receivers, and reinstatement of the associated pipework and flange management. On completion of the pig run, removing it, cleaning, and re-assembly - bolt torquing of flanges, quality control and assisting in commissioning.

A Satisfied Client

"Craig and his team were highly professional, working in an environment where there was no room for error. They were dependable and very responsive – in oil and gas you have to be. They brought what they said they would, and did what they said they’d do, contributing to a very successful campaign,” says Logan Wilimen, Construction/ Project Manager, AgTrans.
